GRADUATION PROJECT

The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS) Industrial Design Engineering (IDE) program requires that students complete a 6-month / 20-week internship with a graduation project. I’m interested in finding an innovative company to work for and a project where I can be a part of a design team. The ideal position would not only allow me to explore new design ideas, challenge me to learn new skills but also will make good use of my existing skills. What are these skills and what is my background aside from my design portfolio?

• Industrial Design Engineering (IDE) Bachelors, the Hague University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands) 2020-present

• International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma & High School Diploma, American International School of Lusaka (Zambia) 2018-2020

• International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) 2016-2018 & Cambridge International Education 2008-2016, Lusaka International Community School (Zambia)

• LANGUAGES: English (native English speaker), Dutch (novice), Spanish (IB), French (IGCSE)

• SOFTWARE SKILLS: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) Blender, SolidWorks

• INTERESTS: 2D and 3D design and modelling, design ideation, sustainable/circular design, graphic design, photography & video, drone photography and video

• QUALITIES: Creative, curious, respectful, open-minded, authentic
